Front Bar VIP Launch
[VIP INVITE] After a year of planning (and a few meltdowns over tile samples), our brand-new front bar is finally ready! We’re giving it a little polish this weekend, but next Friday night we’re throwing the doors open for a fabulous VIP launch — and yes, you’re invited.
Mary’s has always been our love letter to queer Adelaide, and this new space is just for you. We hope we’ve done you proud. We *might* be biased, but we think Mary’s is the best queer-owned venue in the country — and we’re committed to keeping it that way.
Spookily, it’s exactly 7 years next weekend since we first opened the front bar. To celebrate, we’re flying in a Mary’s OG, the incredible Rhys Bobridge (he was at the launch in 2016!), plus drag icons Karen From Finance and Kween Kong. And of course, all the Mary’s Divas will be there — on stage, on the dancefloor, and probably in your selfies.
It’s FREE ENTRY for the first 100 ticket-holders, and your first drink is on us - be quick these tickets will sell fast.
AFTER the free tickets have sold out, you'll still be able to join us just grab a $20 ticket online or at the door. Arrive early to avoid any queues.
So, Friday 22nd — red carpet arrivals from 9pm. Dress up, be fabulous, and let’s party like it’s 2016 all over again… but with better lighting.
